Connect to Claude
You must have a paid Claude subscription, such as Claude Pro or Claude Team, to connect to our MCP server.
Step 1: Access Claude Settings
- Go to https://claude.ai and login
- Click on your profile icon (usually in the bottom-left)
- Select Settings from the menu, then click on Connectors (or Integrations)
- On a Team plan, you may need an admin to add PeakMetrics in the Admin settings menu
Step 2: Add the PeakMetrics MCP Server
- Click Add custom connector or Add Integration
- If asked, select the option to add via URL or Remote Server
- Enter the following details:
- Server Name: PeakMetrics (or whatever you prefer)
- Server URL: https://mcp.peakmetrics.com
- Click Add or Connect
Step 3: Connect Your PeakMetrics Account
- Click the Connect button to log into PeakMetrics
- On a Team plan, you may need to navigate to your personal Settings menu, then click on Connectors to find the connect button
- After you are redirected to the PeakMetrics sign in page, log in with your account
- Review and approve any requested permissions
- You’ll be automatically redirected back to Claude
- Optionally, if you want to avoid approving Claude each time it wants to use PeakMetrics, you can click on the Configure button and set the dropdown menu next to Read-only tools to Always allow
- You are now connected to PeakMetrics and can use it in any of your Claude chats!
Handling New PeakMetrics MCP Server Versions
Claude automatically handles updates to remotely-connected MCP servers, so you will always have the latest available versionConnect to ChatGPT
Some organizations restrict connectors. On a Team / Enterprise plan, you may need an admin to enable
Developer Mode or allow custom connectors.Step 1: Access ChatGPT Settings
- Go to https://chatgpt.com and login
- Click your profile icon (usually in the top-right)
- Select Settings, then click **Connectors **or Apps
- On a Team / Enterprise plan, you may need an admin to add PeakMetrics in the Workspace settings menu
Step 2: Add the PeakMetrics MCP Server
- Click **Add Connector **(or Create)
- If not done so already, you will be prompted to enable Developer mode
- If asked, choose the option to add a Custom / Remote MCP server
- Enter the following details:
- Server Name: PeakMetrics (or whatever you prefer)
- Server URL: https://mcp.peakmetrics.com
- Authentication: OAuth
- Acknowledge that you understand OpenAI has not reviewed this MCP server
- Click the Add or Create button
- On a Team / Enterprise plan, you may need to click Publish to make PeakMetrics available to your users
Step 3: Connect Your PeakMetrics Account
- On the PeakMetrics connector card or app page, click Connect
- On a Team plan, you may need to click on the PeakMetrics app, then click Show in directory to find the connect button. You may also need to share this link with others on your team for them to find the PeakMetrics app.
- Review and approve any requested permissions
- After you are redirected to the PeakMetrics sign in page, log in with your account
- You will be automatically redirected back to ChatGPT
- Click on the Start chat button or go to a new chat, click the + button, then More, then click on PeakMetrics to use it!
Step 4: Handling New PeakMetrics MCP Server Versions
When new updates become available to the PeakMetrics MCP server, you will need to refresh the actions in your ChatGPT PeakMetrics app
- Go back to your settings, click on Connectors or Apps, then click on the PeakMetrics server
- Click on See details in the Actions section
- Click the Refresh button
- You now have the latest version of the PeakMetrics MCP server!
